Profiles that are too good to be true – photos are doctored
After a short time of chatting they start to profess strong feelings before even getting to know you.
Inconsistent social media profiles with little or no activity.
Poor English – badly written chats although they say they are a native English speaker (of course they could just be uneducated!).
Asking for finance or financial assistance usually within a short period of time.
Showing desperation if you decline to send them money or give in to their requests.
